Apophyllite is a beautiful stone that comes in a variety of colors.  It forms in both cubes and 4 sided pyramids.  Though not part of the Zeolite family, it is often found as a secondary crystal to Zeolites, such as Stilbite.  This particular specimen is a stunning cluster of large green Apophyllite cubes surrounded and partially coated in small transparent Apophyllite.  This sugaring makes an extremely sparkly piece.  With its large size and beauty, this specimen would make a wonderful display item.
